O yes… I totally love Mexican food! Which reminds me I have to go and get myself some new chipotles in adobo sauce. Just love those!! Plus I love your guacamole. I just wish we could find good avocado’s here.
I hear you Simone. Look for the ones that come from Belgium. A lot of ours come from there and they are delicious.
xx
My son actually just asked me to make guacamole – and maybe I should try Mona’s recipe? If SImone loves it…. I trust her word! And I really should make a summer pavlova…. I have whites in the fridge. But can I get it in the shape of a heart?
The guacamole is so good. Simone told us that she cannot get good avocados back home.
Most of ours come from Belgium and they are fabulous. We actually have an avocado tree groing in the polytunnel but I do not know if it will make it through the winter. Only time will tell.
Oh…and the heart shape…we use a lovely red silicone heart mold Jamie…but if you make a round one it is soft when it comes out of the oven so you could carve it in to any shape you want!
