  Would love to be going, but unfortunately can’t make it. Will certainly let you know the next time we are in town. Lucky you Galwegians, festival after festival…… think I’ll have to move house

    You know Colette – Galway is great for the festivals alright. I hope the sun stays shining for the festival this weekend – it is one of my favourites. AND YES – - I know you will be heading west sooner or later so please PLEASE do let us know. We will get Alfie & Margaret over and all have a lovely cook-a-long xx
